Work has definitely been exhausting. Towards the end of last week and the whole of this week. I've been flat out. My manager's been handing me work. (I don't even need to ask!).

Everyone's working late into the night (especially the managers and partners) and everyone is pressurised to submit work by a set deadline. Half the time I come home feeling drained.

Uni is so much more relaxed! Way less hours than work.

Which is why i love fridays for the obvious reason of not having to work.

Anyway...i should do some work now.

Will be back later to post...maybe.

I love Five for Fighting songs. They're quite depressing but so full of meaning.

Although the band name doesn't really match up with the kind of songs they sing.

I have a thing for lights. I get attracted to any structure that has lights. The more colourful, the better.

One of my secret obsessions is taking photos of things with lights. Call me crazy, but I just can't resist.

The last two weeks:

Mon to Fri
Work at PwC. Lunched with fellow coursemates most of the time. We had morning tea on friday. We had pretty cupcakes (which were a bit too sweet) but I love the crossaints. I don't know where they're from but they're the best!

Weekends
Went out to dinner and then to the casino last saturday. Dinner was quite nice esp dessert. And i managed to win at the pokies. Beginners luck?

Chilled out friday night. Had a few laughs.

Made an appearance at Paul's party at Hyde. Had a surprisingly good time. The music was alright but the place had a good atmosphere.

I've already had 3 people(including me, of course) complain to that it's freezing over here so I've decided to put up my top 5 reasons for disliking winter.

1. Coming out of the shower is like plunging into ice cold water most of the time.
2. The cold wind slices your face like a knife.
3. I never want to get out of the comfort and warmth of my bed.
4. Soaked jeans, wet shoes.
5. Numb fingers.
